The procedures set out here describe how to order transport surveys, request new users, report any faults and make suggestions. The requests are recorded in our helpdesk system to ensure there is a clear resolution path to complete a process and to track feature requests and updates.

Order Transport Surveys

The Data Insight Service can be used to order transport surveys from the commercial providers or the Customer Intelligence Team.

To request a survey select the link below to the survey request form. Please not that while any fields marked with a * are compulsory it is recommended to fill out the form as completely as possible.

The commercial partner framework is available to the constituent member local authorities procurement departments to utilise. Currently this process is being rolled out to those procurement teams and may not be available immediately.
